Who is Ackee a good fit for?
350+ projects for Škoda Auto, Volkswagen, and the German Bundestag. Founded by Czech Technical University alumni. Deloitte Technology Fast 500 EMEA listed.
Best for
European enterprises and mid-market companies seeking a technically rigorous Central European partner. Automotive, media, and public sector organisations needing proven native iOS/Android capability. Companies wanting long-term retainer-style partnerships rather than one-off project engagements.
Tradeoffs
Rates at $50-$99/hour are higher than some Eastern European alternatives. Native-first iOS/Android focus means cross-platform (React Native/Flutter) is not their primary strength. UTC+1/2 timezone comfortable for European clients but adds coordination overhead for US-based teams.
